Sources of information

  • You directly: forms, checkout, email, portal activity, uploaded files, listings, account settings, support requests, and other communications.
  • Authorized users and administrators: client setup records, invite emails, product offers, project notes, and access permissions.
  • Service providers: authentication, hosted checkout, email delivery, hosting, storage, analytics, security, and workflow providers.
  • Public sources: public websites, business listings, advertising records, or other public materials only when a requested review, preview, or Ad Rescue workflow depends on that context.

How Solurnis uses information

  • Review preview, audit, Ad Rescue, listing, and support requests.
  • Prepare previews, websites, reports, demos, quotes, portals, documents, listings, and scoped service deliverables.
  • Create, authenticate, recover, secure, and manage client portal and product accounts.
  • Process checkout, subscriptions, billing records, receipts, taxes, disputes, and account status.
  • Send transactional messages such as access links, setup invites, receipts, support responses, status updates, and account-security notices.
  • Prevent abuse, investigate errors, protect the platform, comply with law, enforce terms, and keep operational records.
  • Use automated, voice, production, or review tools only for requested demonstrations, internal operations, service delivery, or scoped client work. Solurnis does not use automated decision systems to make legally or similarly significant decisions about consumers.

Disclosures to service providers and third parties

Solurnis may disclose personal information to the categories of service providers, contractors, and third parties below for the purposes described in this policy:

  • Payment and billing providers. Hosted checkout, subscriptions, invoices, receipts, billing support, fraud prevention, and payment-status synchronization.
  • Authentication, database, and storage providers. Client login, account recovery, portal data, listing records, uploaded assets, file storage, session management, and account-security workflows.
  • Hosting, CDN, DNS, analytics, and security providers. Site delivery, Cloudflare Web Analytics, Turnstile, bot prevention, logs, uptime, caching, encryption, and abuse prevention.
  • Email, mailbox, and communications providers. Invite links, magic links, account notices, support replies, client follow-up, and transactional emails.
  • Preview, production, automation, and workflow providers. Used only when needed to generate a requested preview, report, website, voice demo, automation recommendation, Ad Rescue workflow, or scoped project deliverable.
  • Professional advisers and authorities. Lawyers, accountants, banks, insurers, courts, law enforcement, regulators, or other parties where needed to comply with law, protect rights, prevent fraud, enforce terms, or respond to valid legal process.

Privacy choices and opt-outs

  • Do not sell or share. Solurnis does not sell personal information and does not knowingly share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If you still want to submit a Do Not Sell or Share request, email [email protected]. You do not need to create an account to make this request.
  • Global Privacy Control. Some browsers and extensions can send a Global Privacy Control or similar opt-out preference signal. Because Solurnis does not currently sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, the public site does not need to transfer advertising data in response to that signal. If Solurnis later deploys advertising technology that constitutes sale or sharing under California law, the site must honor applicable opt-out preference signals before that technology goes live.
  • Limit use of sensitive personal information. Solurnis does not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about consumers and uses any sensitive information it receives only for the service, security, legal, account, or payment purpose for which it was provided. You may request limitation by emailing [email protected].
  • Marketing and optional follow-up. You may ask Solurnis to stop non-essential marketing or sales follow-up by emailing [email protected]. Solurnis may still send transactional or service messages, such as receipts, account access links, security notices, support replies, and project communications.
  • Cookies and analytics. Solurnis uses essential cookies and similar technologies for account security, portal sessions, purchase-preview context, abuse prevention, and service delivery. Cloudflare Web Analytics and hosting logs may collect limited device, browser, request, and usage information for performance and security. Solurnis does not currently use advertising pixels or cross-site behavioral advertising cookies on the public site.

Retention

Solurnis keeps personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law. Retention depends on the service relationship, account status, legal and accounting obligations, security needs, dispute risk, operational usefulness, and the person’s deletion or opt-out request.

  • Preview, audit, Ad Rescue, and support records are kept while reviewing, responding, scoping, and maintaining reasonable business history.
  • Client portal, listing, upload, invite, recovery, and project records are kept while the account, website, support relationship, or product access remains active and for a reasonable period afterward.
  • Billing, transaction, and subscription-consent metadata may be kept for accounting, tax, fraud prevention, chargeback, automatic-renewal verification, and legal requirements. Recurring-service consent records are maintained for at least the period required by applicable law.
  • Security logs, error reports, and infrastructure logs are kept according to threat-detection needs, incident history, and provider limits, then deleted or deidentified when they are no longer reasonably necessary.
  • Information may be deleted, deidentified, aggregated, or archived when it is no longer reasonably necessary for the purposes above.

Financial incentives, discounts, and promotions

Solurnis may offer preview pricing, promo codes, discounts, or optional trial selections. These offers are not provided in exchange for selling or sharing personal information. If Solurnis ever offers a financial incentive, price difference, or service difference that is based on the collection, retention, sale, or sharing of personal information, Solurnis will provide the required notice before enrollment.

Children’s privacy

Solurnis is built for business and professional service inquiries. It is not directed to children under 13, and Solurnis does not knowingly collect personal information from children through this site. Solurnis does not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.

California privacy rights

Where California privacy law applies, California residents may have the rights below. Solurnis also tries to honor similar requests from users outside California when reasonably possible and legally permitted.

  • Know/access: request categories of personal information, sources, purposes, disclosures, and specific pieces of personal information Solurnis controls.
  • Delete: request deletion of personal information Solurnis collected, subject to legal and operational exceptions.
  • Correct: request correction of inaccurate personal information.
  • Opt out of sale or sharing: request that Solurnis not sell or share personal information. Solurnis does not currently sell or share personal information as those terms are used for cross-context behavioral advertising.
  • Limit sensitive information: request limitation of sensitive information if it is used beyond permitted service, security, legal, account, or payment purposes. Solurnis does not use sensitive information to infer characteristics.
  • Non-discrimination: Solurnis will not discriminate against a person for exercising a privacy right.
  • Authorized agent: an authorized agent may submit a request if they provide proof of authorization and Solurnis can verify the request as required by law.

Solurnis may need to verify your identity before fulfilling access, correction, deletion, or account-level requests. Verification may require matching information you provide with account, billing, request, or project records. Opt-out requests do not require account creation.

California direct-marketing disclosure

California Civil Code Section 1798.83 may allow California residents to request information about disclosures of personal information to third parties for their own direct-marketing purposes. Solurnis does not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing. Questions may be sent to [email protected].

Submitting a privacy request

Submit a request by emailing [email protected] or calling (619) 752-4491. Describe the right you want to exercise and the account, project, or request involved. Solurnis will confirm receipt, verify requests when required, respond within applicable legal timeframes, and explain any lawful exception. Authorized agents must provide proof of authority. Solurnis keeps request records as needed to document compliance.

Security and handling standards

Solurnis uses a mix of hosted providers, access controls, account-verification steps, session safeguards, provider-managed authentication, and operational security practices intended to protect business and contact information. No internet-facing system can be guaranteed perfectly secure, so Solurnis cannot promise absolute security.

Changes and contact

Solurnis may update this policy as the preview, audit, portal, account, payment, reporting, demo, or automation workflows change. Material updates should be reflected on this page with a new last-updated date.

Privacy questions, access requests, correction requests, deletion requests, Do Not Sell or Share requests, sensitive-information limit requests, marketing opt-outs, and authorized-agent requests can be sent to [email protected] or submitted by calling (619) 752-4491.
